• PRE & POST EMERGENT CRABGRASS CONTROL - Season-Long Weed Preventer provides season-long crabgrass control. It kills crabgrass both before and after germination - up to the 3rd leaf stage.
• WEEDS CONTROLLED OR SUPPRESSED - When applied prior to germination, this product provides control or suppression of the following grassy and broadleaf weeds: crabgrass, barley, chickweed, oxalis, spurge, foxtail, dallisgrass, goosegrass, and more.
• FOR USE ON COOL & WARM SEASON GRASSES - When applied as directed, the following turfgrass species are tolerant to our weed control: Kentucky bluegrass, tall and fine fescues, ryegrass, bermudagrass, carpetgrass, and more.
• SAFE FOR ORNAMENTAL PLANTS - Our weed control granules also prevent weeds from growing around more than 100+ ornamental plants, all of which are listed on the product label. The product should not be applied to plants that are grown for food.
• COMPLETE COVERAGE - This 10 lb bag covers up to 5,000 sq. ft. The best time to apply is in the spring or fall prior to the germination of crabgrass and other broadleaf and grassy weeds.
